***I will lead the 0615 class. Ray will lead 1130 class.***

WOD:

"Nicole"

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.

Couldn't make it today due to work (damn work!) Did a lower intensity workout at home:
3 mile run = 20:54
followed by 5 rounds of
10 DH Pullups
10 1 pood Kbell swings

Ready for tomorrow.
