Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
50 Back Extensions
50 Sit-ups

Post time to comments.

Execute the back extensions and situps in any order. We have two GHBs. Execute back extensions on the GHBs as the GHBs are free. If you finish your situps and the GHBs are still not open, execute Supermen.

I'll be at tomorrow mornings WOD, if been doing all this deployment stuff so it's been tough to get out there, but I caught a break with UMBC so I'll be out there for the next two weeks and I can't wait.
