Memorial Day Workout Schedule

Due to the holiday weekend. There will be NO classes Friday, 22 May through Tuesday, 26 May. Next class is 0615 Wednesday, 27 May.

Austin and I executed an OHS Ladder:

1 OHS (45#) the first minute,
2 the second, and so on until failure.

While in LA for a wedding, executed the following in a hotel "fitness room:"

Air Squat, 10 reps
Right Hand 45# DB Snatch, 10 reps
Left Hand 45# DB Snatch, 10 reps
Pushups, 10 reps
5 rounds for time: 11:44

Tweaked my left Hammy.

Friday = Rest day
Sat = 12 ounce curls x 6 for time
Sun = Pullup/pushup pyramid. 1 Max set dead hangs (18) - 20 pushups, 5 sets of 10 kipping pullups - 20 pushups.
Monday = bike ride w/family approx 2 miles
Tuesday = Rest day. I am soo ready for tomorrows WOD!!!!!!
