Workout for Tuesday, 19 May

***Marco will lead the 0615 class. I will lead the 1130 class.***

WOD:

30 65# pushpress
20 box jumps (2 tires high)
20 ball slams
x4 rounds for time

Complete the triplet in any order. You must do each of the triplet before going on to the second round.

20:37 Rx, first round of tire jumps were 30 reps w/ 1 tire, last 3 were step ups to 2 tires

17:04. Scaled to 1 tire for the tire jumps. otherwise as RX'd. I couldn't lift my arms for about 45 minutes afterwards. Great Workout!

17:21. First 2 set of tire jumps as perscribed, scaled the last 2 to 1 tire. The rest as RX'd.
