20 box jumps (2 tires high)
20 ball slams
x4 rounds for time

20:37 Rx, first round of tire jumps were 30 reps w/ 1 tire, last 3 were step ups to 2 tires
17:04. Scaled to 1 tire for the tire jumps. otherwise as RX'd. I couldn't lift my arms for about 45 minutes afterwards. Great Workout!
17:21. First 2 set of tire jumps as perscribed, scaled the last 2 to 1 tire. The rest as RX'd.
