I relearned the importance of diet today. Have been zoning for quite some time - but missed breakfast and my mid-morning meal. Went into the workout on a completely empty stomach. Gassed about 20 mins in. Will not let that happen again.

Today was GREAT, grueling, but great! Clocked in just over 26 minutes. The 'Pete Rose' topped off a great workout.

Some other good news from today. Had a weigh-in after the workout. Weighed in at 203 (max of 197), and taped out at 16%. Have been at 210ish and 18% for the past few months since before I started the Cross Fit program.

I would like to thank all of you that are there to push me, and make me better. I am very happy here, and will continue to stay until I leave Lejeune. Thanks all and Semper Fi!

I need to work on my KTE's. They slowed me down like crazy and every one of them was ugly as could be. Other than that, what a great workout. Thanks to Marco and Bill, those quick Demo's and Marco giving corrections and pointers on form as we went, is exactly why I came to CFCL, vice Crosffitting on my own. Great Job everybody!
