Workout for Wednesday, 6 May

***Marco leads 0615 class. I will lead 1130 class.***

1. I am totally impressed with the dedication of our athletes! Despite the rain pouring from the sky in Biblical proportions, 11 athletes showed up for a tough, tough workout yesterday. I'm proud to be associated with you.

2. WOD:

21 - 15 - 9

50m sprint
tire flip
overhead squat 65#

See you at 1130.

my legs were a little sore from yesterday...and still trudging my way through back recovery..nice WOD!

Looks like a fun one. Wish I had a tire down here in Tampa. The rest didn't hurt though after Tuesday WOD!

8:34 not as Rx'd only did OHS with PVC. For some reason my body wouldn't squat with that bar over my head. I blame balance, flexibility, strength and butt winking, so pretty much everything. Lot of work to do on that movement. Good workout nevertheless.

12:32 as Rx'd. Tire flips slowed me down, so I really need to work on those. Was kinda sore from Tuesday as well, but that is what it is. Looking foward for tomorrow!
