Workout for Monday, 29 June

1. I will not be at the WOD today. Will be taking the PFT. Execute the full warmup paying close attention to loosening up your shoulders.

2. WOD:

"Nicole"

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.

Completed about 30 kipping pull-ups, lost count trying to call out time remaining. Good turn out today.

60 pullups.
2 less than last time, however i fell off the bar on my first set after 6 pullups, so i was starting disadvantaged. I also got half way through the run before time finished.
Looking forward to tomorrow.

Ran a 265 PFT today. Last 2 PFTs were 254. Increased 2 pullups for 20... finally! First time maxing pullups since the deadhang was instituted.

Weighed in at 216 after the run. Have lost 16 lbs, 3 inches, and 4% BF since gorging myself at Christmas. Have not been this thin and fit since 2002.

This was an improvement over last time (28May) - 5 rnds & 73 pullups. I ran a little harder & squeezed out an additional rnd.
