Workout for Thursday, 11 June

21-15-9

400m run
Handstand Pushups
53# KB swing

Scale HSPU with stacks of tires and KB swings with the 35# KB or lighter DBs.

For max height when throwing your 85# kid in the pool, completely open your hips before engaging the arms - much like a thruster.

17:35 w/ #20kg KB & modified HSPU's. We ran 400m before executing each round of HSPU & American KB swings.
