Workout for Thursday, 24 June

1. After being such a stickler about making sure all our athletes execute a proper warmup, I jumped into Grace yesterday without proper preparation. I executed Grace nearly cold and paid a price. Got a tweak in my neck and now can't look to the left nor down. Learn from my mistakes!

2. WOD: Tabatta Something Even More (men/women)

KB Swing (35#/20#)
Hang Power Clean (95#/65#)
Push Press (95#/65#)
Tire Jump
Wall Ball (20#/12#)

Not my best showing by far. My shoulders are completely spent now. Thrusters, Push Jerks and Push presses all this week have done them in. Thank god for rest days!!

Solid effort by everyone today. Really wish we had 20" boxes or an obstacle 20" high for jumps. 1 tire is too short but 2 is way too high.
