Workout for Tuesday, 2 June

***I will lead both the 0615 and 1130 classes.***

We'll be using our new squat racks.

WOD:

Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

That jerk is harder than it looks. I think with better form I would have hit the 135 easy.
