1. We'll be working on Overhead Squats today.

50m sprint
2 tire flips
50m sprint
overhead squat 85#

10:30 at #65, no Dynamax ball. Saw some great progressions today in the OH Sq.

I can't believe i actually did all the OHS with the bar. Overhead squats are my nemisis, but I made one more step today in conquering them. They weren't perfect by any means, but they were better than last time by a long shot.
