I am not able to get there this week due to Physical Trainer Coordinaters Course through Semper Fit. However, I wanted to share more progress that I've made that I would like to attribute CrossFit. I weighed in last week at 200 lbs. (3 over my max) and taped in at 12%. That's down from 203 and 16% a month or so ago! Will be in the field starting next monday until the end of the month, so I am looking forward to getting back in July. Until then, stay safe, work hard, and DO IT FOR TIME!!!
