Workout for Thursday, 2 July

1. Today will be the last WOD for the week. Next class will be Tuesday, 7 July.

2. Vic, one of CFCL's deployed coaches, contacted me from Iraq. He's doing well and rockin' it at Crossfit Al Asad. Vic - thanks for the shirt! You're a great American.

WOD:

AMRAP 15 mins -

100m sprint
185# DL, 10 reps
ring pushups, 15 reps
ball slams, 20 reps

See you at 0600.

5 rounds.
I finished the last ball slam wth not a second to spare. As much as I want to say as RX'd.... Somehow a 35# plate slipped itself on to ONE side of my bar so I was only deadlifting a lopsided 175#'s. I feel cheated.

Great job everybody and be safe over the weekend. I will begin my beer tapering/withdrawals on sunday evening to be ready for Tues mornings WOD, see you all there!!
