Should have put 115# on but wanted to make sure my form stayed good.
Hips are still out of alignment - but I couldn't stand not PT'ing any longer.
Executed:
500 single jumps for warmup,
500 double-unders for time.
My timekeeper son hit the stop button somewhere in the middle of the workout. Workout blew.
