Workout for Monday, 2 November

Meet at the SB gymnasium.

Five rounds for time of:
65 pound Snatch, 3 reps
65 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
Run 15 lengths of basketball court, touching baseline.

See you at 0600.

Yep It's official. I hate overhead squats. I am sticking to PVC until I can get them right!
