Workout for Monday, 25 January

WOD:

OHS 3-3-3-3-3

Then 45# OHS
5 front squat the first min.
6 FS the 2nd min.
7 FS the 3rd min.
Continue as long as you are able.

See you at 0600.

My weights arent even worth posting, however..... My OHS are getting alot better, i feel more controlled at the bottom and my form is improving. So i was pretty happy with today, even without any kind of PR.

On the minute OHS = to 11 reps. or 7 rounds.

My OHS are getting better, as well.

115, 120, 125, 130, 135

On the minute OHS beginning at 5 reps to 15 reps + 10.
