Workout for Thursday, 14 January

Will be at the gym tomorrow for some oly work. Will also work progressions with our new folks.

I did some work on my push press and push jerk today, then did a quick 5 rounder of max rep ring dips and unnasisted rope climbs. Pretty Fun. I will be there Friday morning. I can't wait!!

Did some med ball clean and squat clean instruction with Dan.
Then worked squat cleans. Worked up to 175 which is a PR.
Messed around with OHS and successfully put up 115. Will spend more time with the OHS when fresh...
