Workout for Thursday, 7 January

Unlike most Thursdays, we will be meeting tomorrow.

Going overhead:

Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

See you at 0600.

Achieved increases across the board from the last time we did this workout. But head wasn't in the game this morning. This workout is supposed to be a slugfest, a fight, a brawl with the bar. Wasn't up to it this AM despite my improvement.
