Workout for Friday, 8 January

Base has a two-hour delay tomorrow. The 0600 workout is canceled to avoid impacting your morning transportation risk management assessments.

Am dragging Brian to the gym tomorrow at lunch if you're available. Time TBD. Contact me for details if you want to come out and play.

Day 1 of my Level 1 cert is in the books. It has been an phenomenal day. We went over all the 9 foundational movements and definitions of fitness and who is fit, did a couple workouts. It was such a great day. Cant wait till Tomorrow!

Day 2 is done. I am sore as hell and happier then ever. What a great program and great people. Can't wait to share my experience!
