CrossFit Camp Lejeune (CFCL) is a non-profit CrossFit Military Affiliate. Training with CFCL is FREE. We are Marines that use the CrossFit methodology to increase our work capacity. In other words, we use varied functional movements to safely move big weight long distances – quickly. Led by CF-certified coaches, CFCL meets at the Stone Bay Gymnasium Mon, Tues, Wed, and Fri at 0600. Ready for a challenge? Come on out and train with us! Should be noted that the second rep of the 4th round was particularly ugly...
