WOD:

20 min AMRAP
25# plate carry, 2 full-court round trips
Burpees, 5 reps
35# KB Swings, 10 reps

Hey Everyone, greetings from Fort Irwin, CA. I have been doing WODS out here daily, on my own and with my Marines. It is just not the same as working out with all the FireBreathers at CFCL. Hope everyone is doing well. Keep Hitting it hard!!!
