So i just want you all to know, if you are watching the games live this weekend, I hate you. I have tried five different ways to get it to work here in afghanistan, and the live streaming video is blocked in every way shape and form. If you are not watching it, shame on you!
Hope everyone is well. I held a 3 day crossfit intro class out here with another Level 1 trainer, about 15 guys showed up, it went pretty well. Op tempo is keeping us from having a regular workout schedule, it is just hit it when you can, every man for himself. Equipment is less than ideal, people look at you funny when you ditch metal plates on a concrete floor (I dont know why). I for sure miss working out with you guys.
If anyone is tech savvy enough to burn this years games or at least the key events to a dvd and send it out to me, I would be forever in your debt. Even video files on the journal are blocked out here. Take care
Ryan
Ryan,
Am glued to the computer... Will figure out a way to get it to you. Last year they put the games on itunes. Do you have a way to play itunes files? Send me your snailmail address to my yahoo account. Will figure it out.
CF had some issues with archiving yesterday's events. Went to bed intending to watch the later individual heats in the AM. No such luck. We'll see if they'll be able recover those files.
You're missed. CFCL is up to 10-12 regulars. Hit and miss with 3-4 others; we're making progress.
Keep your head down.

So much for thinking the tire flip team work out was hard... watching the Team heats for event 3.
Hope they work out the archive issue as I missed last night and needed a nap from duty.
Ryan,
Got your address, saved it for next week, and deleted it off the blog.
Will let you know when I get the discs in the mail.
