53# KB Swing, 15 reps
Pushups, 10 reps
x 7 rounds for time

Is the push standard the one from the games, hands leave the deck at the bottom of the push up?

Ok, going to try this one in the morning. Been nursing my knee, slipped on the freshly waxed floor Friday night while on duty, twisted and plowed my left knee into the deck. OW!!!!
