17 12 4 8 = 41 Don't even ask about the push ups, legs locked and could barely keep a plank. Awesome efforts this morning!

15, 11, 5, 10 Sucked. Worse than last time.

Had been doing 17 AS up until the last two rounds.

WL inside on the BB Court killed the knees.

And I quit on my last pushup on the last round...

Overall, bad day.
