Still in the breaking my body back in phase. This morning was:
3 rounds for time
15 deadlift (185#)
30 abmat situps
60 double unders
11:35

rest
1 deadlift every minute until failure.Increase weight 10# each minute(starting weight 225#)
peaked out at 295#
