We're out at Stone Bay...
CrossFit Camp Lejeune (CFCL) is a non-profit CrossFit Military Affiliate. Training with CFCL is FREE. We are Marines that use the CrossFit methodology to increase our work capacity. In other words, we use varied functional movements to safely move big weight long distances – quickly. Led by CF-certified coaches, CFCL meets at the Stone Bay Gymnasium Mon through Fri at 0600 and 1115. Ready for a challenge? Come on out and train with us! If you have questions, contact me, Tim James, at the email address above or through comments.
To all Marines who say they won't come out to CrossFit until they are in shape, check out http://www.crossfitmom.com/ (pregnant women - blocked by NMCI) and http://www.crossfitkids.com/ (kids, of course). CrossFit can be scaled for anyone. Come on out and give it a try. The longest journey begins with just one step! See this video of a scaled workout: Click here. See a mom-to-be tackle "Angie" here care of CrossFit North Atlanta.
Is CrossFit dangerous? Read Killer Workouts and CrossFit Induced Rhabdo. Do not execute the workouts as posted without supervision - especially if you are new to CrossFit. Stay hydrated and stay away from supplements.

Tough one this afternoon. We had a good showing about 12 of us. Simpson was the stud at about 30min. Mike was about 33. Most times right around there I think. Good job by Pat and Liz representing the ladies.
Oh yeah, sorry about the box of rowers it took us 3 times and we still didnt load it right!
Hey guys. My name is Hudson. I'm a crossfitter out of Crossfit Impulse in Huntsville, AL. I'll be staying in French Creek for a few months and would like to train with you guys while I'm there. Can someone let me know where and when you train? Thanks
We are located at Stone Bay in Sneeds Ferry (out the back gate) no organized groups on Mainside that I am aware of. I'd recommend checking out the HIT Center in Bldg 512 on M Street for a good functional fitness style facility.

Great Team WOD this morning. Great week overall. I feel refreshed and back in the swing of things. Ready to go all out next week.
