Work up to heavy single on: Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press

Deadlift = 225 lbs
Squat = 165 lbs
Bench Press = 85 lbs

leg strength..no upper body strength dang it!

About 10 of us going heavy today--lots of personnal bests. We lost a few to running and Zumba! Took body weight and body fat with MCCS trainer will re'check next month. Good work by all today.
