Other than that, what a great workout. Thanks to Marco and Bill, those quick Demo's and Marco giving corrections and pointers on form as we went, is exactly why I came to CFCL, vice Crosffitting on my own. Clocked in ...</title><content type='html'>Today was GREAT, grueling, but great!  Clocked in just over 26 minutes.  The 'Pete Rose' topped off a great workout.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Some other good news from today.  Had a weigh-in after the workout.  Weighed in at 203 (max of 197), and taped out at 16%.  Have been at 210ish and 18% for the past few months since before I started the Cross Fit program.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I would like to thank all of you that are there to push me, and make me better.  I am very happy here, and will continue to stay until I leave Lejeune. Have been zoning for quite some time - but missed breakfast and my mid-morning meal.  Went into the workout on a completely empty stomach.  Gassed about 20 mins in.
