However, I wanted to share more progress that I&amp;#39;ve made that I would like to attribute CrossFit.  I weighed in last week at 200 lbs. (3 over my max) and taped in at 12%.  That&amp;#39;s down from 203 and 16% a month or so ago!  Will be in the field starting next monday until the end of the month, so I am looking forward to getting back in July.
