First time maxing pullups since the deadhang was instituted.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Weighed in at 216 after the run.  Have lost 16 lbs, 3 inches, and 4% BF since gorging myself at Christmas.  Have not been this thin and fit since 2002.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Go CrossFit!
