I can&amp;#39;t believe i actually did a...</title><content type='html'>8:40&lt;br /&gt;45# OHS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can&amp;#39;t believe i actually did all the OHS with the bar.  Overhead squats are my nemisis, but I made one more step today in conquering them.
